At MABELLEarts, we believe that art has the power to transform people and neighbourhoods. We’ve spent more than a decade proving it.

No one could have known just how important that power was going to be, until the pandemic hit.

The pandemic has not changed who we are,

or why we do what we do in our community – it has simply altered how we currently convene with one another. Today, our path continues to lead to sustenance as creative expression and communal spirit - in a park where people gather, connect, lift, inspire and enable one another.

What we are building is specific to where we are today, and will continue to adapt based on where we travel together as a community. Today we look around and see the impact of our work in so many touching ways. The kids who have grown up in our burgeoning park, are now leading. Community members who have had so little for themselves, are donating funds for the pantry – or a special garden project in the park. This is what we call power and transformation.

The community has joined hands and formed a circle around our park as a shared aspirational place of possibilities. We invite you to tap us on the shoulder – offer both hands, and join in our circle. Your donation would be most welcome and deeply appreciated here.
