Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Co-creation, our Manager of Co-creation is the operational powerhouse who turns the creative visions into measurable impact. While our artistic team dreams up the "what," you're the master of the "how" - ensuring our community-centered, arts-based programs achieve their goals while maintaining space for innovation. You'll be the strategic backbone that supports the creative ideation of the artistic team, delivering results that matter to communities and funders alike.
Key Responsibilities
Managing Programs (60%)
Manage all logistics, administration and scheduling related to two multi-year federally funded programs.
Work collaboratively with the creative team to ensure workshops are well-planned and well-attended. Manage the workshop planning process and all related logistics and administration.
Implement community outreach strategies that consistently build authentic connections and drive participation.
Support rigorous financial oversight that meets all funder requirements with ongoing budget tracking and reporting.
Manage purchasing and reimbursements with precision and efficiency while maintaining organizational flexibility and staying on budget.
Support the creative process by handling all operational elements that allow artists and facilitators to focus on delivering exceptional programming.
Program Execution, Evaluation and Reporting (25%)
Deliver comprehensive program reports and execute data collection strategies that demonstrate measurable impact.
Ensure strict adherence to all funder, partner and organizational protocols for confidentiality and informed consent. Familiarity with iCARE is an asset.
Contribute to successful proposal writing with accurate budget details and compelling impact data. Financial accuracy and literacy are key.
People Management (15%)
Provide clear direction and support to program assistants and volunteers.
Manage all program and event-related contractors and technicians.
Facilitate seamless communication between the creative team, community members, and external partners.
Contribute to a team culture that balances inclusivity with accountability and results.
What You Bring
Post-secondary education with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills (project management, arts admin or related field).
2-4 years of proven success in program and/or project management.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with a track record of delivering results.
Demonstrated experience working effectively with diverse communities and commitment to equity and inclusion.
Strong communication skills that work in professional and community settings.
Solid budget management and financial reporting experience with attention to detail.
Grant reporting expertise that maintains positive funder relationships.

Multilingual abilities and lived experience as a newcomer to Canada are considered a huge asset
