Highlights from a summer filled with the art that builds community!

What an amazing summer we had in the Mabelle Park! As the photos come in from our photographer extraordinaire Katherine Fleitas, I am once again swept away by all the beauty we created. I want to take a moment to thank the entire team who worked so hard to make this summer so memorable: Alexandra Draghici, Miriam Ahmed, Marianne Alas, Kristin Bartlett, Beth Helmers, Sean Frey, Katherine Fleitas, Selam Teclu, Elinor Whidden, Maggie Hutcheson, Public Displays of Affection, Michael Burtt, Yo Utano, Renwick Herry, Mr. Dudley, Mutamba Rainos, Kathleen Doody, and Danielle Holke.

Also, a huge thank you to our Community Leaders and Youth Interns: Mona Roy, Pat Austin, Sayruq Farah, Ruhela Syed, Sultan Syed, Joyce Ann Goss, Sharon Rowley and Syeeda Hassan; who make the work we do so much better and do so much to welcome and involve their friends and neighbours.
