Night Walk
On August 24th, MABELLEarts held a night walk led by artist-in-residence Elinor Whidden. Elinor will be creating a custom lighting system in the Mabelle Park created in collaboration with Mabelle residents. The purpose of the night walk was to explore the park in the dark, in order to better map out where our soon-to-be created lights should be installed. Participants used lanterns they created with Elinor and worked together to place them strategically around the park. We were pleased to welcome Mabelle residents from 5 to 85 and it was great to watch everyone working together to light up the park. Photo by Elinor Whidden
